The rental is a two story condo in a gated private community right on the water with our own boat ramp and dock, a club house, with an extra kitchen and bbq, ping pong etc... and a salt water pool, and jacuzzi! This is the one of the only spots minus the north shore where you can hear the sounds of nature right out your door step! KBAY is unique because it is basically in the middle of everything minus the north shore (50 min. to 1 hr and 15 depending on traffic) . The like like and H1 hwys are right around the corner and the Pali is real close as well. It takes me 30 min. to get to UH, 15 to get to the Airport, 15 to MCBH, under 20 min to kailua. 45 min to sandys beach and Hawaii kai. 15 to Costco in Kalihi/ china town and so on. I am a laid back 28 year old, finishing up my studies at UH and work with NOAA saving stranded turtles, As well as a whole bunch of other Marine/ aquatic oriented projects. I have a 16 boat that I like to take fishing, diving, wake boarding/ surfing or even just cruising to the sand bar. Im looking for someone that is laid back yet responsible, can handle the rent and splitting the utilities as well as keeping the place clean. Im not a huge stickler, but there is a threshhold that I like not to reach. Military is definatly welcome/ prefered. But single occupancy of room. Extra person means extra money! Hi,There is a room for rent in our 4-bedroom house in Haiku Valley available immediately. It is a safe, quite neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The house itself is open and airy (lots of windows), with a good size kitchen containing two fridges, a dinning rm, living rm, screened in lanai, and a medium size backyard. There is also an on site washer and dryer that’s use is included in the rent, in a room off of the carport with some storage space for outdoor equipment i.e. Snorkels, tent…. The room shares a bathroom with two other people; this has not been a problem in the past due to varying schedules. The room itself is about 9 by 11 ft with a medium size closet and a medium size window. The room includes all house privileges, all utilities, plus wireless Internet and direct TV in the house. The three people living in the house are all in there 30’s and are either students or working folk. This is not a party house, but bbq’s and cruz’n with friends having a beer is not unheard of either. The room is for single occupancy only, sorry no pets, and no drugs per our landlord. Smokers are ok, but smoking is not allowed in the house only outside. We are all easy going laid back people of a low drama level and are looking for someone who is like-minded. Hi,There is a room for rent in our 4-bedroom house in Haiku Valley available June 1. It is a safe, quite neighborhood, not far from Safeway shopping center, Windward Mall, buslines, Likelike, and H3. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. The house itself is open and airy (lots of windows), with a good size kitchen containing two fridges, a dinning rm, living rm, screened in lanai, and a medium size backyard. There is also an on site washer and dryer that’s use is included in the rent, in a room off of the carport with some storage space for outdoor equipment i.e. Snorkels, tent…. The room shares a bathroom with two other people; this has not been a problem in the past due to varying schedules. The room itself is about 9 by 11 ft with a medium size closet and a medium size window. The room includes all house privileges, all utilities, plus wireless Internet and direct TV in the house. The three people living in the house are all in there 30’s and are either students or working folk. This is not a party house, but bbq’s and cruz’n with friends having a beer is not unheard of either. The room is for single occupancy only, sorry no pets, and no drugs per our landlord. Smokers are ok, but smoking is not allowed in the house only outside. We are all easy going laid back people of a low drama level and are looking for someone who is like-minded. The lease is month to month with $1400 ($700 security deposit and $700 1st months rent) to move in.
