Our lease is expiring and one roomate is moving out of our comfortable 3BR house off Kapahulu. It's a very comfortable house with lots of space for storage and relaxation. We're located at the end of all the housing on Kapahulu, very close to Waikiki. 5 minutes to the beach 10 minutes to KCC, 15 minutes to UH (slightly more or less depending on your mode of transportation). The room available is the largest in our house with it's own private half-bathroom.
As for the other roomate and myself, we're 30 and 26 respectively. We're both veterans, students, very active, like to work out, and like to go out - very chill atmosphere around the house though. We're both clean and respect the general quiet of the house and the neighborhood. Our house is on a private street with awesome neighbors.
Our lease is up at the end of the month with an approximate move in date around the 5th to 8th of March.
