This apt. complex is GORGEOUS, and basically about a year old. Ive been living in this unit for almost a year now and I love it. There are TONS of amenities here, including a movie theater, bbq cabana area, infinity pool, brand new gym, dog park, etc. The building is far enough away from chinatown that its quiet and safe, yet close enough that you can walk to all the restaurants and bars downtown has to offer.There are two rooms available for rent: a smaller br ( approx. 10 x 10 ft.) for $875/month, and a bigger one (approx. 10 x 12) for $975. These bedrooms share a bathroom and shower together. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, as well as a dishwasher and full viking setup in the kitchen. Of course, there is the obligatory lanai. The apartment is on the 7th floor of the building. Electricity is the only utility not included in the rent. There are two parking spots included in the rent, and I own a car.This will be a short-term lease, and is only available month to month. Not my choice, its the decree of the owners!A bit about me: Im an easy-going, laid back 25 y/o guy. I like to have my fun on the weekends going out mostly to the bars downtown.
