Hi, I have a 10 unit condo community in Everson, Washington in reasonably close proximity to Bellingham, Seattle, Vancouver BC Canada (site of the 2010 Winter Olympics), Whistler Canada, Victoria Canada, Mt Baker ski area, and the San Juan Islands. This is an exceptional area, and is regularly listed as one of Americas top places to live, and THE top place in America for outdoor recreation.All the units are fully leased and always stay rented. Managing them is easy - if theres a vacancy, I just put an ad on Craigslist.Walnut Grove is located by the River Walk walking trail, practically across from the Everson City Park, and within walking distance to the grocery store, etc. They are constructed extremely well.There are six 3 Br and four 2 Br. The 3 Br rent for $1,150 and the 2 Br rent for $995. Theres room to raise the rents. The community is only 2 years old, and looks as great in person as it does in the photos.
