Includes all properties owned or leased by company.o Manage and support the accounting and certification functions for all leasing-related activities handled by the Properties Division o Ensure accurate calculation of and accounting for all owned property related expenses and accounts payable.o Ensure accurate, complete and timely lease rent payments to lessors and billings and collections from lessees.o Ensure accurate calculation of and accounting for all rental-related income and accounts receivable and all rental-related expenses and accounts payable for the leases.o Maintain accurate and complete records of real property taxes and assessments, insurance policies and other items related to owned or leased properties.
