This is not one of those rentals that advertise close to the beach but is actually on the polluted Ala Wai Canal nor is it one of those residential walk up buildings that has no elevators thus leaving you to carry your luggage up and down many flights of stairs. Ive never seen so many electronic gadgets, everything from tvs, vcrs, dvds,x-boxes, and at least a half a dozen cd machines. This is a great location....walking distance to beaches and great restaurants. We loved Keos (Thai restaurant) and Cheeseburger, right around the corner. I would also recommend the Cheesecake Factory and Dukes next door.
