Because both of my roommates are moving to the mainland, I have two rooms available in a three bedroom/two bath duplex in Iroquois Point (now The Waterfront at Puuloa). The room for $555 shares a bathroom with me. The master bedroom has a private bath and rents for $655. Utilities are split three ways and usually run around $50-$60 per person per month. If you add an AC, your share of utilities would increase. Both rooms are available August 1.This is a great, spacious house (one roommate and I have been here two years) - breezy, open floor plan, large yard, ample storage inside and out, washer and dryer in the unit, plenty of parking, and a short walk to the beach. The community boasts a free fitness center, walking/biking paths, canoe club, marina, and fishing access.Im a laid-back, female teacher in my thirties, non-smoker, fairly active, with one cat. I am not Mormon, but they should recruit me! I do not drink, smoke, party, or have sleep overs. I am so straight edged my students call me \"the perfect square\" and my family worries I am gay. (Im not, I simply have no game with girls) I come home to relax, sleep and study. I need a quiet atmosphere. The perfect replacement housemate will be sober minded and like thinking. Quiet, no drama, pay the bills on time, must love dogs, etc.Zoe! was horribly abused as a puppy and tries to eat most men, so a female will fit best. Available now. This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2-level house with a fenced in yard and banana trees in Ewa Beach by Gentry. We have a large living room and kitchen space and there is plenty of storage space in our garage, attic, and closets. There is street parking and the bus stop is literally around the block. The utilities are split which includes electricity, gas, water, and cable (avg around $100). We are a couple with a lab mix 1.5 year old dog. The room for rent is equipped with a ceiling fan, AC, carpeted floor, big windows (with bamboo curtains) that lets lots of sunshine in, and have large mirrored sliding door closets. It also comes furnished with a queen sized bed, table, and chairs. We can store these things away if you have your own furniture. Who we are: We are pretty laid back, respect your privacy and space, loves animals especially dogs, respect different cultures and lifestyles as long as it does not hinder ours, likes to cook Korean food a lot (if you cant handle the smell of kimchi, this is prbly not the place for you), non-smokers (but you can smoke outside), enjoy our privacy and occasional get togethers, he works full time for a construction company, I work part time, not religious, etc etc. Our dog loves other animals and gets along with all dogs, hes just a ball of sunshine and energy. However, he is a rescue dog and was abused by his previous owner and is fearful of people so it will take some time for him to warm up to you. But once he does, you will be one of few in the whole world that he adores. Who we are looking for: We prefer a female roommate, but willing to consider male applicants. You must love dogs, be responsible, respect our privacy, and have common courtesy (ie. no live in significant others, out of control visitors, leave dirty dishes for days, etc). There is no pet fee, however there is a refundable pet deposit of $300 and it must be housetrained and clean, get along with other dogs, not aggressive, and not an obsessive barker. As far as cats, I love cats too, but my boyfriend is allergic, therefore it has to stay in your room. =( We welcome couples and we are gay friendly =). I have a room that will be available mid June. Its a master bedroom with an attached bedroom. Your rent will be around 970 a month depending whether you have a pet or not. I am looking preferably for a female and possibly military. Someone who is clean and can respect my things. You will have access to both the gym and beach located in the housing area. There is also a military shoppette located nearby. If you have a pet, it is more than welcome, but there are breed restrictions for dogs. Not my choice, but managements. The utility bill includes electricity, water and gas. It hasnt ever been over $130. That, along with the cable and internet will be split 50/50. There is no air conditioning in the house. But you can always have an a/c unit installed in your room if you like. A washer and dryer are available too. I use the third bedroom for extra storage. There is plenty of room in the living room area for your furniture. Its a nice place to live and I have enjoyed since I moved into the area a few months ago. If you do have a dog, there is also a dog park a block away from the house that opens to the beach. Please make sure they can get a long with other animals. My townhouse is a 2 bed, 2 bath where youd have your own bedroom and bathroom. Its unique in that theres no master bedroom, but two bedrooms of the same size....so your room is big. The living room, dining area, and kitchen would be shared. All utilities are included (even cable) plus high-speed cable(road runner) which is already set up Otherwise, you can use dial-up from the kitchen phone jack. Theres also a washer/dryer in the shared area. The place is very clean (I just bought the place a few years ago) and pictures are available if youre interested. It comes furnished with a big bed, dresser, nightstand, flat screen tv on a swivel stand, lamps, desk, bookcase....everything. You wont be disappointed. Its a gated community with a pool, and youd also have one or two designated parking spaces available for free. Hey everyone! I have two bedrooms available in a four bedroom two and a half bath house. Its in the ewa by gentry neighborhood (very new houses). we have a small fenced in backyard with a grill, a two car garage with two spots in front of garage as well. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The house has central a.c. that we keep at 74 during the day and 72 at night. There is a community pool a few steps away from our house. Currently we have a military couple with a four month old baby girl (very quiet baby sleeps from 10pm to 10am every night) and a local guy from maui who plays video games in his room when hes home. we have a very quiet household and are looking for someone who cleans up after themself and doesnt plan on having parties at the house often. we do not require a deposit and its month to month. $550 will be needed per room on the 1st of every month. Everyone splits electricity and cable/internet Since we are not requiring a deposit anything damaged by you will need to be fixed by you before leaving and when moving out we require a $75 cleaning fee before leaving. The only thing we ask since its a month to month lease is to know 2 weeks before you plan on moving out. One room will be available on may 24th and comes with a twin size bed (if you do not want the bed, we will gladly move it out of your room) also has a good size closet with mirrored sliding doors. Hey everyone! I have two bedrooms available in a four bedroom two and a half bath house. Its in the ewa by gentry neighborhood (very new houses). we have a small fenced in backyard with a grill, a two car garage with two spots in front of garage as well. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. The house has central a.c. that we keep at 74 during the day and 72 at night. There is a community pool a few steps away from our house. Currently we have a military couple with a four month old baby girl (very quiet baby sleeps from 10pm to 10am every night) and a local guy from maui who plays video games in his room when hes home. we have a very quiet household and are looking for someone who cleans up after themself and doesnt plan on having parties at the house often. we do not require a deposit and its month to month. $850 will be needed per room on the 1st of every month. $850 covers rent, parking, cable, internet, and electricity. This will be your only bill. Since we are not requiring a deposit anything damaged by you will need to be fixed by you before leaving and when moving out we require a $75 cleaning fee before leaving. The only thing we ask since its a month to month lease is to know 2 weeks before you plan on moving out. One room will be available on may 24th and comes with a twin size bed (if you do not want the bed, we will gladly move it out of your room) also has a good size closet with mirrored sliding doors. The second room will be available by june 1st and it comes with a full sized bed (if not needed we can move it out as well) with a walk in closet. Both come with a tv.we have two small chihuahuas, who bark at you until they get to know you but after a few days they will absolutely love you.
