I am selling a like new Fender FSR Jazz Bass.This is a 4 string Special Edition SOLID ASH model, I bought it new about a year ago, and have used it frequently but have kept it in great shape...it plays, sounds and looks like a dream!This bass is in near mint condition and has absolutely mint tone! Ive played it through many systems from DI through PA all the way to Ampeg stack and it produces a full character of tone through every system.It has a very deep tone due to the solid ash body...allowing the body to resonate more freely and deeply than standard J basses. However the pickups are tuned just right to allow a crisp treble tone to escape when you open up the tone....it sings but never loses that J bass growl!This bass pops in the mix of any genre from funk to reggae to jazz to rock, a tone is available to blend in.
