This self ballasted grow light is ideal for indoor gardening. It is 250 Watt Metal Halide and I am also throwing in a 250 Watt HPS conversion bulb, so you can Veg and Flower with the same system. It has 2 weeks of use (HPS bulb has less than a week, Metal Halide Bulb the same), but I am relocating and can no longer use it.
