The Dogwood Hollow community is hosting their first annual Community Yard Sale on Saturday, June 27! The event will take place from 8am-2pm, where there will be multiple family yard sales throughout the development on Baldini Blvd. and Red Bud Ct! Brand new BABY essentials! TOYS! HOUSEWARES! CLOTHING! ELECTRONICS! Boxes of BRAND NEW CD's! LOTS of brand new CLEANING and FRAGRANCE supplies! TONS of brand new HEALTH and BEAUTY items! Brand new PET items! AND MUCH MUCH MORE! There will also be a cold beverage stand! The Dogwood Hollow Community is located in Wilmington, De 19805, at the very edge of Elsmere. Our development is on Baldini Blvd. and Red Bud Ct., off of N. DuPont Road (between Kirkwood Highway and Faulkland Road/Lancaster Ave.). We are less than a minute away from Cab Calloway (formerly known as Wilmington High School)! There will be sales all over our neighborhood! ******** Directions from Concord Pike (Rt. 202) and Rt. 141: Take 141 South. Turn left on to Lancaster Ave. Turn right on to Dupont Road (you will see Cab Calloweay on your left, followed by an apartment complex and on your right, you will see a cemetary). Continue straight through the first light at Faulkland Rd. Continue straight past Taft Rd. and then Tatum Ave. (both will be on your right). Immediately turn right on to Baldini Blvd. You will see a sign for "Dogwood Hollow" and balloons on the the day of our yard sale. Welcome to our development! Directions from Kirkwood Highway (Rt. 2): Take Kirkwood Highway going towards Wilmington/Elsmere. Turn left on to N. Dupont Road. Go through the first light just before the small bridge and go over the small bridge. Pass a few homes and turn left on to Baldini Blvd. You will see a Dogwood Hollow sign and balloons on the day of our yard sale. Welcome to our development!
