Hi, I need someone who is skilled in fixing INTERNAL car stereo problems..this is not an outside wiring problem. heres the deal, I got a double din 7" lcd/gps/bluetooth ect.. all in one unit. It worked great but recently only works in GPS mode. Any other mode I get a blank screen and no lcd sensitivity at all, The only way I get it to work.. is hit eject and push on the top inside corner next to the cd slot and the screen will come back on.. then if I push a little harder touch screen sensitivity comes back for a little while at least (enough to get me in gps mode). keep in mind in GPS it works all the time with no loss in sensitivity so its prob not a problem with the lcd itself.. my guess is its a problem with a loose wire inside the unit or a loose transistor. I had my installer check the outside cables and they are tight..and tapping on the top of the unit brings the screen back when its pulled out from dash. My Question is... What does it sound like is the problem? and how much will you charge to fix it?.. keep in mind I do have the option available to just send this back to hong kong for $50 and get a refund or a brand new device. is this worth having fixed or should I just mail it back? thanks Location: quincy it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests mass
