Hi, I'm a 27 year old female with one cat looking for a room in JP. I'm an artist, but I work as a nanny. I'm about to apply to grad school, so I'm entering the 'adult' part of my life I suppose. Aesthetics are very important to me. I'd like a neat, clean, and attractive home that I can be proud to invite guests into. A home where I can work, play, and relax. I'm respectful and do what is necessary to keep a peaceful home. I'm looking for mature roommates that still know how to have fun, just not any crazy partying. Dinners and or drinks with friends are great, however. I love movies, but would prefer a home where TV watching is not a regular activity. I only have enough furniture for my own bedroom. Ideally I would like to move into a place that is fairly set as far as the kitchen and living room, but would be willing to pitch in on a few things for those rooms. I'm into sharing, lending, borrowing, helping one another out, but never taking advantage. I just want a nice happy home! Write me if you want that too. Thanks! p.s.
