I am seeking an apartment for Sept 1st. Need at least 1 bedroom and 1 bath...NO Studios!! I am a 29-year old professional and I have a small, 5 lb. dog who is hypoallergenic and does not shed! (picture below) Maximum rent I can pay is $1200 per month. Must be within 5 minute walk of a "T" stop. Parking would be great, but not necessary. I can do month-to-month, or up to a 1-year lease.
