I have a black metal futon bunk bed set for sale. It is a twin size on the top with the mattress included and the futon on the bottom that pulls out to the size of a full bed. The frame has attached ladders on each side along with a top guard rail and is in good condition with the exception of a few scratches here and there(Nothing Major). The futon mattress is also in good condition with no rips or stains. The top twin mattress does have quite a few stains on it and has seen better days but is very comfortable and can be cleaned.
