It's less than a mile from the park and ride on exit 9 I-405. It's available now. I have another male roommate. There are a totally of two people in the house at this time. You will have to share the full bathroom upstairs or use the half bath downstairs. The house has new hardwood floors, new bath room sink, toilets, and the kitchen and lighting has been remodeled. Rent is $495 a month with utilities included. There is no cable or internet but you are welcome to get it if you want. Wifi through the phone company is only like $20. No smoking, or drug use in the house. No dogs.
