-------- This place is all about location. Live the downtown bellevue life without the noise/crowd. With walking distance to the Bellevue Mall, groceries, 4 parks, tennis courts and lakefronts. This is an awesome location. Connected by buses both on Bellevue Way (right in front) and in NE 100 - you could probably go GREEN! The schools in this neighborhood are top ranked in the nation and makes for great walks too :) The running tracks behind the condo through 100NE and the hills of Clye hill to the lakes by medina are stunning and challenging for the athlete in you. Shopping at Bellevue Square is just a 10 mins walk. This is one of the top malls even when compared to some in Seattle. And with bars and life arnd Lincoln Square growing by leaps and bounds - this is an ideal place to live! You CANNOT go wrong with this location. Unit ---- This is the top floor with cathedral ceilings in a 2 floor condo unit. Infact it feels more like a townhouse than a condo from the outside and is very quiet and spacious. Most condos in bellevue barely hit the 1000 sq ft area - this one is a big 1800 with 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Each bedroom is quite big and spacious with huge closets for the kids/guests. The unit comes with a covered parking and enough space to park another 2 cars if u do have em. But seriously its soo out of fashion to drive these days, and with the bus routes so close to the condo - go Green :) The unit also has a balcony for a quiet evening. Ambience --------- The condo lives like a house really and you dont have the dingy walk through corridors that is true with most condos. this lives like a townhome and is great! Quiet like a suburb but access to city-crowd if you just walk outside the area. Room-mate & Neighbors ----------------------------------- The roommates are professionals who have a 9-5 job with a good amount of travel, and will therefore be out of the house for most of the time. No pets allowed in the premises - neither is drug or high-drama ppl, which makes for a great stay! The neighbors are very friendly and with quiet kids. Frankly with the number of kids around, I am amazed how quiet things are. The pool is a nice add to the condo and accessible in the summer. The condo also comes with a Spa and cabana Lease and other boring stuff -------------------------- Lease is flexible to accomodate your needs. I know how it is to move into a new area with all kinds of questions in your head. So noone of that 1 yr/2yr lease that others make you sign.
