This is a phone that I got under my insurance and have been using it for about 4 months so it's almost new. There are no scratches on the screen there is protective film on the screen. There is one nick in in the side but other than that it's in great condition. It comes with everything in the box charger USB cable, earphones, leather carrying case, and they usually come with a 512micro sd card but I'm leaving my 1 gig card in.
