They rent a small den that is seperated by a heavy curtain. the tiny room has a view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument. My Wifi reaches to their apt. I have known them for years and are quiet, very clean, very nice people. It's on the corner of 15th and Belmont near U st corridor. Its a fabulous location which is one of the most trendy in DC. It is right in the center of Meridian Hill Park. Its close to U st Cardozzo Metro, Not far from Dupont Cr Metro, close to busses, Whole Foods, Safeway, Harris Teeter, Giant, restaurants, bars, shops etc.. Laundry room in basement. Sheets and towels provided. There is a possibility of laundry service and dinner for a small fee. The closest Metro is U st Cardozzo, Also close by are Colombia Heights Metro and Dupont Circle Metro. They prefer to rent to someone who I neat and tidy. Their apt is spotless. She is happy to make your bed, change the sheets and clean the room if you want. The Wireless and utilites are free. You don’t have any chores and they will even wash your sheets and clean the floor in your room if you like.
