The apartment is available from July 3 to August 8, with the possibility of renewing (at the market rate of $2135/month). The apartment is UNFURNISHED though I can include a large air mattress, a small table, some chairs, and dishware if need be. The start/end dates are firm. The price, however, is negotiable. My monthly rent is more than $1900, but I'm willing to eat a portion of this if it means that I don't have to pay an entire month's worth of rent for an empty apartment. Make me a reasonable offer!
