We are offering a Kubota 60" cut mower deck model # RC60-71b. The grease fittings need replacement, and you will need a new island arm spring; both of which are easy and cheap repairs. The machine has surface rust, bust does not have any holes or weak spots. The only weak parts are the separate pulley covers which are not even necessary to use the mower.
