For Sale 1999 Polaris Scrambler, this is a 400cc automatic (premix only), it has an automatic transmission with four wheel drive. New top end rebuild less than 10 hrs on rebuild, new rear axle bearings, new swingarm bushings, HPD lower steering bushing, new HPD chain tensioner, new chain and sprockets, new front axle with new front axle clutches. The rear tires are in great shape, fronts are in fair. Also comes with a few spare parts, two extra front wheel and worn tires, and a polaris shop manual. There are only 2 small problems with the quad, the first is the key switch is on its way out, it still kills the engine but you have wiggle it to get the electric start to work, this also effects the fan so it is on a switch now. The other problem is the quad needs the rear caliper installed. I have a used one on order and it will go with the quad, polaris uses one handle for both brakes so the quad has no brakes right now. This quad is fast, it start on the first or second pull or within a second or two with the electric starter. This is a great trail bike, it is sold with a bill of sale only, and in AS IS condition. For sale, 1999 Polaris Scrambler.This quad is a 2 stroke automatic transmission w/ reverse with four wheel drive. The quad has a rebuilt top end with less than 10hrs. Modified/Shaved head. HPD lower steer bushing, HPD chain tensioner. New Chain and sprockets and 1 new front axle and both front hubs were recently rebuilt. Also has new rear carrier bearings and seals. The swing arm bushing were also replaced when everything else was done. The quad runs great and starts on the first or second pull when cold. The quad has an electric starter which works, but the key switch is on its way out and sometimes does not work or needs to be fiddled with to allow the electric start to work. The quad has very good rear tires, fronts are ok and it comes with spare front wheels and tires. The rear plastic has one crack in it behind the seat. The quad does need a rear caliper to be ridable, the Polaris atvs use a single handle to operate both front and rear brakes and since the rear caliper is off the atv has no brakes. The caliper can be bought new for under $200 with pads (under $100 used). My price is $1100 OBO, if it does not sell I will fix the brakes and raise the price to reflect the cost of the parts. For sale 1997 Honda CR125RI purchased the bike from a dealer used in 2001. Bike was completely stock at the time. I rode the bike on local trails for about 2 years. After which the bike’s clutch went and the bike sat in my garage (basically since 2003 the bike has not been ridden). I made a small project out of it this spring, replacing some wear and tear parts (see below)… The new parts are on the bike are brand new (I have the receipts dated April 09’) I have only started the bike and tuned at idle, ridden the bike for about five minutes around the neighborhood just to see how it ran. Cold start usually takes 2-3 kicks and after warmed up starts w/ one kick every time. 1. Buyer needs to take it to a shop for on-throttle tuning…Since I replaced the stock reeds for Boyesen “Pro Series Reeds” (carbon fiber)…on my test drive the power band wasn’t smooth at all…it would build power then run too rich or lean and fall on its face depending on the how open throttle is. 2. The bike needs a new rear tire. The one on it is very worn…I wouldn’t be surprised if it where the original. The front is fine.As you can see from the pics bike is super clean, It has a freshly painted frame –a glossy black- paint is super durable will not chip or scratch (Por-15) I have used this stuff on trailers and under car carriage…works great.As I said this was just a small fun project for myself to get running again. 2002 Suzuki GSXR-1000. Only 1900 miles on it. The bike truly is in showroom condition. Ive owned it since it was new. Its never been in the rain, or been wet. 2001 Yamaha FZS1000$3600/ bo Colin 302-293-7748 Must Sell. May be open to trades.The bike has 27,500 miles, never been dropped/wrecked and very well maintained.Has some little scratches here and there. A couple on one side of the tank from the tank bag and the tail section did not like having saddlebags even with protection. But nothing hair raising.Overall Id say the bike is in very good condition. Mechanically Id say excellent.Chain/rear sprocket was replaced at 22,000 miles. (sprockets are stock size)Valves checked at around 24,000 miles (all within specs)Oil changed around every 3,000 miles and was changed at almost 25,000 miles.Tires are Michelin Pilot roads with about 4,000 miles on them.You also get on the bike:Digital gear indicator Clear Aternative rear brake lensZero gravity sport touring windshieldIvans jet kitHyperco springs on the front forks and rear shockDucati monster handlebars It also had that air hose thingy removal thing that Ivan sells.Modified mirrors (not shown in pictures).
