The Retail Hearing Counselors will champion and promote Astrum products as well as manage the day-to-day retail store operations. The Retail Hearing Counselor (RHC) is responsible for providing customers with information about our product and services. . Responsibilities: - Meet and greet Astrum Hearing Solutions retail store customers and promote Astrum and the professional support of healthy hearing choices. - Scheduling patient appointments and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process. - Collaborate with other team members and management to recommend the continuous improvement of our sales process, product and service. - share in the sales process, from initial customer contact (in-store, in-community and outbound communications with customers) to closing the sale and providing post-sale support. Available Shifts: - Full Time Schedule – 9:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday - Part Time Schedule 1 – 5:00pm - 9:00pm Monday through Friday - Part Time Schedule 2 –9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday and 11:30am-5:00pm Sunday - Part Time Schedule 3 – 10:00am - 4:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday Kindly forward your resume to founja.quigley@astrumhearing.com.
