Brand new, still in unopened boxes (white) Lutron \"Diva\", with built in night light glow, single pole, dimmer switch, model # DV-600PH-WH. I have four in boxes and one that has been opened. The one that is opened was installed and then removed. It worked when it was installed so I assume it still works. Ive seen these for as much as $25 each.I live in Rehoboth but travel thru Wilm to get to West Chester area, we can meet somewhere in between if nec. the picure is from the Lutron website. Although this stapler is about 2.5 years old, it has only been used on approx 5 floors with a total of less than 3000 sq/ft. It was used in a construction business that has since closed. It now sits in my shed gathering dust. It comes with a box of 15.5 gauge 2\" staples with 1/2 \" crown that is close to 3/4 full. Orig cost of the stapler & staples is approx $540. I think $250 is a bargain if you need one of these. It worked fine the last time it was used, but bring along your compressor to be sure it works to your satisfaction.
