Ok everyone the situation is that me and my wife are getting a divorced and i need to get my name off the lease but she needs a roommate to get on the lease with her. the apartment is nice and is in the pike creek area. the roommate would have full access to the apartment and there is only one bathroom which is the only downside. the apartment is on the first floor with a patio. my ex wife is not at the apartment much except during early part of the day and late night after work. i would be more than happy to show the apartment anytime. i will be honest and say that i will be fairly strict on the roommate because my little boy may spend time there sometimes. the apartment is clean and pretty spacious. i would like to hear from serious inquiries only because i may be getting deployed sometime soon i do not want to waste my time on that stuff. also, you must have proof of a job and all because the apartment complex will have to do the entire background check, proof of employment, and credit check. this means if you have even a misdemeanor, absolutely horrible credit, or no job you need not apply. the rent can be done two different ways and it is up to the tenant to decide. it can either be done where the rent is 400 and then share utilities or pay 500 and utilities will be included. thank you for the interest and ill try to take some pictures sometime just for basic idea of apartment. pets are ok but the tenant must cover pet deposit and there are pet restrictions that the apartment can go over.amenities:laundry room in unita/celectric stovemicrowave2 bedroom, one bathroompatio (with woods view)dish washerplenty of closet spacecablecats are OK - purrrdogs are OK - wooof Location: pike creek, deits NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests

There is also a washer/dryer in the unit (no creepy laundry rooms to deal with at night or having to share with strangers.) Theres a security door before the front door to the apartment, and an intercom system. Pets are welcome. The apartment complex is well-maintained, the office staff are nice, and theres a swimming pool as well.The apartment should be ready for move-in on August 1.
