Sorry for the lack of \"personal\" touch, just throwing this together real quickly to get some interest...would like someone to move in asap Right off of Marsh Road, a 2 minute drive to i-95. Can be in Wilmington in just a few minutes...took 6 mins to get to trolley square last weekend. ~750 for rent because this room being offered is basically its own separate apartment , and we split all the other bills (Has been around 125 per month..) I could work out a Flat Rate fee for the whole month with utilities included, but Im opposed to this. I used this in the past and some of my friends abused utilities. Im not too concerned from the financial perspective, but when it comes to wasting Im never a fan. We also recycle, and I pay for that out of my own pocket (DE is behind the curve when it comes to recycling) - pool table, bar, bigscreen tv, hot tub on its way... - must be clean, must participate in cleaning the common areas - no pets - can discuss the rest, just looking for a clean easy to get along w/ guy/girl. The other room will be $700 when it becomes available (friend may be moving out in September depending on his job). - House has 2.5 bathrooms, one is in the master bedroom and is not shared. The others are fair game and are also kept quite clean - kitchen has everything you need, once again...just clean up after yourself - non-smoker preferred. If you smoke, it is not allowed inside the house. - rest of house is completely furnished. Your room has some furniture in it already (bed, TV, table, etc) - i can send house/room pics soon. Sorry for all the \"clean\" references, finished living in college a few years back, and i definitely dont miss the \"poor\" living conditions. Will live w/ 2 other working professionals for the time being. The guying is leaving soon, so it will just be the girl. Very easy going...both the guy and the girl. I am looking to rent a room in a house that I share with 2 friends. The room is available starting July 1st and I would like to have it filled no later than September. It is in a decent sized home with 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, living room, large den, smaller den in the basement, kitchen, dining room, garage and a fairly large back yard with a small deck.Rent is $500 plus utilities & cable. I am looking for someone in need of long term housing, to sign a 6 or 12-month lease.We are 3 very laid back people. We are not neat freaks, but keep our house in decent order, always clean and presentable, and we do not smoke cigarettes in the house. We work long hours and most of our time at home is spent hanging out or doing schoolwork. We occasionally have a few people over, but our friends are honest, decent people that are respectable of roommates and their privacy and comfort level.Our house is very pet-friendly. We currently have one cat.
