I just bought a new house in Olde New Castle. I am looking to rent out a room. It is a four bed, three and a half bath, new construction townhome. Very nice. It is a large room with wall to wall carpeting and a private bath. It is on the first fllor and has privacy. You would have total access to the rest of the house of course. I am a 26 year old professional male, work Mon-Fri, not really home too much throughout the week. I am open to a male or female roomate. I would like to room with someone who is generally pleasant and someone I could at least be cool with if were not friends. I am pretty laid back. Pictures will be posted soon. I am thinking 500 and half or part of utilities. More to come, but let me know if youre interested.
