The house is very beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We also have 2 kayaks, bicycles, all beach equipment, etc.

My spouse and I are traveling to the beach for the weekend to compete in two, all day (6:30am-8pm) dog obedience trials. We have two shelties who will arrive professionally groomed and will sleep in plastic crates. We may not get a chance to enjoy the beach so a view would be nice, but certainly not a requirement. We are non-smokers. Our dogs are respectful, trained and quiet. Trialing is highly exhausting so they will sleep from the time we arrive each evening until 30 minutes before we leave the next day. They are trained on pee-pads and we will dispose of them off premises. We would like a quiet place.
