Hi: I have a completely furnished room + private full bath + full use of the house, including storage in the unfinished basement and plenty of parking. It is available after June 15 as I have had an undergrad female who is graduating and rented from me for almost 3 years. The house is kept up very clean, organized, upscale, recently painted in the last year, etc. I am asking $ 650/mo for everything, including utilities, wireless internet (20Mb/5Mb), TV privileges in your room, full use of kitchen and my dishes/pots & pans, etc. Fundamentally, you will need nothing to move in. It also has a beautiful back deck and private yard. The neighborhood is very quiet, upscale, and friendly. Lots of stuff close by within 5-15 minutes - mall, grocery & hardware stores, etc. I am about 8 miles/20 minutes to the City of Wilmington, and about 6 miles to Newark Main Street. I am an Engineer and I live with my 20-yr old son who is a Junior at UofD in Chem Engg. Overall, the house is very quiet. We have a very friendly and disciplined 1-1/2 yr old English Lab. I am very friendly, accommodating, helpful, like to cook 2-3 times a week and have friends over occasionally on weekends. I expect the same of my roommate, and would very much like that person to be comfortable and happy living in the house. Thanks for checking me out.
