This is an easy-to-drive 21 foot class C motor home that can sleep 2 adults comfortably and also has room over the cab for someone who isnt claustrophobic. I use that area for storage. I got the unit used at Parkview RV and have had it well maintained with some improvements. It has a VW engine that gets 15 to 16+ mpg. It has sofa/bed, dinette, propane/elec. refrigerator with small freezer, sink, stove and microwave, bathroom with shower, heat and ac, generator, hot water heater, TV.with cable hookup, outside shower faucet, awnings over both windows, closet, and good storage outside and in. It has 36,000 miles on it and is tagged until October in Delaware. Ill have it inspected for Maryland if necessary. I found the original sofa miserable to sleep on during long trips so I had it removed by the dealer and had a platform bed built and just had new (thicker) cushions made for it as well. The original sofa is stored in the area above the front seats and could be put back later if desired. Ill post a picture if I can find a friend with a camera. Sorry I dont have one. I have a 1977 Dodge Winnebago (Minnie Winnie) that is 23 foot long with a 360 engine, automatic, and an on-board generator. My father-in-law was the original owner, and when they moved, they left it with me. It has not been tagged since 1997.Body is in good condition, as well as the roof. It has a shower, fridge, roof AC, stove, and sink. My father replaced the roof AC and the fridge shortly before the tags expired in 1997. The on-board generator has 15 hours on it and the engine has 39,000 miles, original. The best thing going is that it has 7 brand new tires that have no mileage on them. These alone cost me $900.00. I had planned on using it, but I really have no interest. The only things I have done to it are put new battery cables on it, for both batteries, changed the oil and fuel filters, and changed the tires. I cleaned and painted the rims, and cleaned all threads on the studs and lugs. It also has a new spare tire cover.I can start it on starting fluid, but I cant keep it running. Features include refrigerator, four burner stove and oven, microwave oven, color TV with remote and digital convertor, rooftop TV antennae, hot water heater, air conditioner, furnace, toilet and shower, fresh water tank, site water and electric hookups, Onan generator with exhaust to roof extension, double sink with cutting board. Unit is built on Ford E350 dual rear wheel chassis, 460 Ford engine and automatic transmission, power steering and brakes. Tires were new two years ago, have less than 3000 miles on them. New radiator hoses, belts, thermostat, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor, fresh oil and filter change. Has battery disconnect. Brakes are in good shape, engine and trans run great. Exterior is in very good condition, new spare tire and wiper blades, remote rear view mirrors, ladder to roof, plenty of storage space underneath.All appliances and generator work well, seats, cushions and carpet have no rips or tears. Mattress is in excellent condition. Plenty of cabinets inside. I have taken this unit on many trips to campgrounds and racing events in West Virginia, Maryland and Delaware without any problems. It runs and handles nicely on the road. It needs a few minor things that would be optional repairs. I have priced it accordingly.
