Hello, im selling this Bayliner Capri I bought it as a project but I just dont have the time for it. The motor runs but needs work, it needs a tune up/oil change,belts and it has a cracked exhaust manifold. The outdrive works, it needs a propeller and the tilt motor doesnt work but i had it in the water last year and the boat ran great as is. If you are have decent mechanical skills you could get this boat in the water for cheap! I put new flooring and carpet down, has a new marine battery, it comes with the trailer i bought it with but the trailer is in bad shape, it will get the boat where you need it to go but i would look into getting a new one if you buy it. Have a long shaft Honda BF8 that mother in law had on a sailboat and we need a short shaft motor of similar size. I would guess this motor has less than 10 total hours on it and has been stored indoors for years. 1987 Bayliner Capri model with cuddy cabin. The hull measures 17 bow to stern, but some call this a 19 footer because it has a swim platform on the back and adds to the overal length. Comes with an 85 hp Force, 3 cylinder, 3 carb outboard. I replaced the starter motor and it cranks well and has good compression but no spark on the middle cylinder, probably the coil. I bought it as a project as the interior was shot. I threw out the seats and started to repair the floor in the back because it was soft. The reality is that I dont have the time to finish it let along use it. Includes the escort trailer which was probably part of the original package.
