The reason for my visit to Dover is to attend the 30th National Ford Falcon Convention/Car Show at the Sheraton Hotel at 1570 North Dupont. Since my car will be on display at the show from Wednesday, July 15th till Saturday evening, July 18th, Im looking for something as close to the Sheraton as possible that is walkable (3 miles or less). If you dont mind giving me a ride sometime over to the show in the AM, Im sure I can find someone at the show to give me a ride back.What I need is:(a) a clean bedroom. Does not have to be furnished. About the room: The room is separate from all the other bedrooms in the home and is rather large (17 x 11) w/ a good-sized private bathroom and an attached sunroom (10 x 11) which would be fine for storing a few items but not quite livable since the sunroom is not insulated. All utilities included along with digital cable w/DVR and wireless internet. Finished basement w/laundry room and gym and above-ground pool in back yard.About us: Young married couple w/2 small dogs. We both work 2nd shift so for anyone who is off in the evenings you will have the place to yourself. The dogs hang out upstairs when we are not home and the room is downstairs. We keep the place clean and are too busy to be in anyones business. Also we do not smoke and our drinking is limited to a few drinks on occasional weekends but not even every weekend.Looking for: Preferably a female but would consider military male. Age is not important...college student, professional or retiree. What is important is that you are clean and do not mind dogs. Smoking is permitted outside and daily use of alcohol is not welcome. Must be able to show that you can pay the rent and are willing and able to sign a 6-month lease and pay a security deposit of $450 for an even $1000 upon lease signing. We own the house and the dogs are like children to us so we are looking for the right fit...not just anyone. We have been fortunate to have had a roommate for 3 years who was able to then purchase their own home. Not expecting anyone else to stay that long but also not looking to have to continue to search for a roommate every couple months either or deal with someone who cannot be considerate of others and their property.If youre looking for a place for at least 6 months...even for the upcoming school year and think youd be a good fit email me and tell me about yourself. The reason for my visit to Dover is to attend the 30th National Ford Falcon Convention/Car Show at the Sheraton Hotel at 1570 North Dupont. Since my car will be on display at the show from Wednesday, July 15th till Saturday evening, July 18th, Im looking for something as close to the Sheraton as possible that is walkable (3 miles or less). If you dont mind giving me a ride sometime over to the show in the AM, Im sure I can find someone at the show to give me a ride back.What I need is:(a) a clean bedroom. Does not have to be furnished.
