Im a 25 year old professional looking for a roommate. I own a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse that is very clean and well kept. The private bedroom and bathroom rents for $650 a month including all utilities. The room is furnished with everything needed except for a bed. However, I am willing to provide this if needed.
