I am in need of a room to rent for the next 12 months, just until I finish my BA. This amount is all I can afford, and that must include utilities. I spend most nights at my girlfriends house, and I work as much as 4 days a week, so my impact on the utilities would be almost non-existent. I am looking to rent a room, apartment or house, for next 12 months until I finish my BA. I spend pretty much every night at my girlfriends house, so I would not be there in the evenings, thereby giving you extra privacy. In return for low rent, my impact on utilities would be non-existent to minimal. I have my own cell phone and computer. Almost my entire laundry would be done at her house, not yours. Hi~~I am specifically looking for a full basement to rent that possibly has 2 bedrooms, bath and a living room area. I have a Yellow Lab. that I cannot possibly part with. I am not one bit opposed to doing housework upstairs or yard work~~in fact I love yard work or shoveling snow. I do sometimes smoke but could always do that outside. I am very intelligent (Cornell grad.)(can perform CPR if needed !) very well spoken, very neat, very well organized and a spiritual, positive thinking fun person to be around. I am an excellent cook and could help with preparing meals. I would like a basement that has its own entrance and where I will have privacy. I promise you that I would be a great asset to anyones home. I can give you many references from friends and family who will tell you all about me. I am #7 of 8 kids (yep, Irish Catholic,) If you are much younger~~ok, I will be a great house mom. I recently moved into my first own apartment with my 2 children and of course soon after I was laid off. I need a bedroom set (including queen or king size bed...been sleeping on the floor), dining room table & chairs, and living room set. I am willing to come pick up and move furniture out but would like to stay within the Woodbridge/Dumfries area. The childrens room is the only room already furnished and good to go. I have had hand-me-down furniture all my life and have been very grateful, however since I was going forward with a better career I got rid of all my old furniture and planned on purchasing all new furniture that for once would match! So as grateful as I still am, I am hoping not to have to stare at a bunch of mis-matched furniture again in the most beautiful home Ive ever lived in. I am partial to contemporary furniture and wood in a dark brown/espresso finish but again....as long as it matches I cant really complain. I know this is a bold request to even post but Ive been watching the free section for weeks and cant find ANY good furniture locally. Plus I know that if I had furniture to get rid of no matter how nice it was I would just give it away....but thats just me. Pictures would also be greatly appreciated if possible. Hello again this is again my 5th time I am a single mother of 2 looking for a basement apt. large basement or room it just needs to be big enough for me and my 10month old baby to be comfortable i do work 2 jobs and the baby spends alot of time at the babysitters so i dont ask for much we are quiet and keep to ourselves.
