Looking for a Part Time position with great hours, great pay, and NO NIGHTS? The Catering Delivery Driver/Sales Lead Generator is responsible for delivering catering orders and generating sales leads within a specified market. The delivery includes loading/unloading food orders, set up catering events, accept payments, interact with guest, ensure 100% guest satisfaction. In addition to delivery the Catering Delivery Driver is responsible for generating sales leads within their area. Drop menus off to potential new business, collect business contact information, ask for referral and repeat business. Position Title: Food Production ManagerResponsible for ensuring:• Schedules daily kitchen culinary and food prep for on-time service for resident meals.• Ensures that food and supplies are inventoried, ordered, received and stored according to facility standards.• Monitors preparation and service accuracy for all menu items to include proper temperature, taste, consistency, diet restrictions and portion control using the production sheets.• Ensures proper presentation of all food items and to provide maximum appeal and freshness.• Supervises, schedules, evaluates, trains, and disciplines all culinary staff and utility staff. Maintains effective communication with managers, fellow supervisors, subordinates and all other coworkers.• Supervises organization and sanitation of, kitchen, storage areas and loading dock.• Supervises opening and closing of food service operation.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years high volume culinary leadership/management experience required. College or Culinary training preferred (certificate or degree). High School Diploma or GED required. A B.S. degree in Restaurant Management, Dietetics or Institutional Management may be substituted for up to 1 year experience. Extensive high volume culinary leadership/management experience required. Should have health care/long term care experience in high volume operation. College or Culinary training preferred.
