Title: Soil Technician Location: Rockville, MD \"Intercounty Connector Project\"Availability: Immediately Description: Soil Technician (Soil MARTCP Certified) 3 to 4 technician with 2 to 5 years experience with soils on a major highway project. It is preferred that they are also MARTCP certified in Concrete or ability to obtain within a 4 to 6 week period.
