Hi There, My brother and I just signed a 1 year lease at a nice house on Bradley Avenue in the Twinbrook Forest neighborhood of Rockville and we are looking for a third (and maybe forth) roommate. The house is close to VeirsMill road and close/walking distance to transportation options: bus, metro. The house has four big bedrooms, two full baths—Cape Cod style. The house has many upgrades, including: new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new vinyl siding, new windows, enclosed / converted carport, new upper level bathroom etc… It has a really nice fireplace on the main level. There is a big yard in which we plan on spending a lot of time. We already put in our gas, charcoal and smoker grills. We also have an outdoor fire pit for summer night get togethers. There is an upgraded washer/dryer in the finished garage and disposal, dishwasher and gas range located in the kitchen. We just installed Fios internet and TV with all the extras (they screwed up so we got some free stuff). Since we just moved in we are unsure of how much utilities (gas, water, electric) will be, but we would all split them equally. My brother is 25, pursuing dual master’s degrees in marketing and business administration and I am a 27 year old female getting my psychology licensure while working full time in Rockville. Though we both work hard we do enjoy our fair share of good times. We like to go out and on the weekends in DC, Baltimore and on the Bay. We have a good balance of parties on the weekends and work on the weekdays. We are clean but we like company. We are respectful and easygoing. If the above descriptions interest you, drop me a line !
