I am looking to take up a room in a nice and clean apartment/group house with the following criteria (not too worried about anything else) :- - Rent between $500 -$700 (500-ish not including utilities, 700-ish including utilities) - **Walking distance** to metro station on red line (not more than a 10min walk, anywhere between Rockville and Friendship Heights stops on the red line) - Ideally month-to-month lease, if not willing to commit about 4-6 months (with the recession going its always good to have flexibility, but willing to provide adequate notice before moving out) - I can move in anytime during month of July (but definitely before August 1st) About me- I just graduated from Duke university with my masters degree. I’m working with an engineering company based at Shady grove. I’m pretty laid back, social butterfly, drink, don’t smoke and like hanging out on weekends trying out new bars/restaurants. Im very clean in my habits and pay rent earlier than later. Im known to be a terrific housemate (just throwing it out there) 8) Im ideally looking to move into areas such as Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Friendship Heights... I am looking for a licensed electrician in the DC metro area. I live in Rockville MD and need someone to install a bunch of lights. I would like someone with at least 5 to 10 years of experience and insurance and referrals. If you are looking for work and have an extra two days available, I would be interested in working with you. I would like to hire someone on an hourly rate and I could provide all the light fixtures, wiring, etc. I would just need someone to run to home depot or lowes with me to tell me what they need.I dont need to do this work but thought I could get it done at a good price in this economy and at the same time, employ someone for a couple days.Here is what I need:Family Room - 4 recessed lights controlled by 1 dimmer switchDining Room - Install Ceiling Light FixtureMaster Bedroom - Install a Ceiling Fan along with switch that comes with it.
