I have room to share in my large, remodeled condo in Reston. 10 min to IAD; 30 min to DCA; 70 to BWI. The condo is large and recently remodeled. It has three bedrooms, two bathroom, a large living area with separate dining room. The kitchen is gorgeous (see pics)! Our condo opens up on to a large private patio that backs up to the woods. There is NO view of other condos, nor can anyone else see our patio. The complex also has a private swimming pool. Reston has over 40 miles of walking, jogging and biking paths. I have one private bedroom with a shared bathroom, completely furnished with new queen bedroom suite and double-wide closet. This room rents for $585/month. Also available is a bedroom to share with one other person, furnished with twin beds, dresser, lamps, table, double-wide closet and shared bathroom. The shared bedroom rents for $330/person. Both twin bed spaces are available, if you are trying to find a room to share with someone you already know. This is a clean, safe, beautiful condo complex located in a residential area, but just a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to the Reston Town Center. At the Center, youll find restaurants, cafes, movie complex, stores like Ben & Jerrys, Victorias Secret, Pottery Barn, The Gap, etc. On Saturday nights, there are free concerts at the Pavillion in the Town Center. In the winter, the Pavillion is an outdoor ice skating rink. The condo is also just a 5 minute walk down to Lake Anne, which is a wonderful place to relax. Down at the lake, you will find a coffee shop, nail salon, used book store, pharmacy, consignment shop, bank and several lakeside cafes with outdoor seating. On Saturday mornings, there is a Farmers Market and craft show at the Lake Anne plaza. You can also rent kayaks, canoes and paddleboats there. On Thursday nights, local musicians/bands play on the Lake Anne plaza. The condo is currently occupied by me (female flight attendant/part-time server) and one other woman (midwife/part-time bartender). We are both laid-back, clean people who like being around other people and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day, but we are not party-people. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. We are looking for new people because our other two roommates just bought a townhouse. The rent includes EVERYTHING. There are no extra charges for utilities. We have cable TV and free wireless internet. I will provide parking passes to hang in your car. I would prefer to rent to only females. This is an ideal situation for people on-the-go; flight attendants, pilots and business people who commute from other places. It is NOT an ideal situation for full-time couch potatoes, whose main occupation is taking up space in the apartment or students who need to do a lot of studying.
