We are on the migration route for a huge list of birds.~~Deer, hawks, eagles, assortment of ducks & geese, who love the lagoon, herons, seals & loons~~Fully equipped kitchen with lobster pot, microwave, coffee maker & grinder, French press, electric stove/oven, full size refrigerator~~Last house on a gravel lane, 360 views and hundreds of acres to beachcomb, hike, photograph, explore~~Located on an island point with easy kayak or larger boat launch~~Boathouse available for small boat storage, larger boat trailer space available~~Deck chairs, beach toys, a kite or two, are in the boathouse~~Above the boathouse is our 15 x 20 studio which is the perfect place to paint, draw, relax or do nothing but enjoy the view. Easel and tarps are available for use. We also have 2 trundled single beds for use if needed.~~Historic Shelburne, with its beautiful waterfront, great restaurants is a popular tourist stop for visiting the renovated buildings along the water ~~All goods and services are available in Shelburne or Barrington Passage~~Fresh scallops, mussels and lobster are all local and incredibly delicious~~bed linens, towels included~~Quiet location, but not isolated with neighbors rooftops visible across the cove. Summer population of our little settlement hovers between 10 & 12.
