At the end of this month I will have two rooms opening up in my Centreville townhouse, but I would like to rent them to only one person. Rent is $750 plus monthly utilities, which when divided, are around $150. You would also have a private bath. The townhouse itself is a beautiful end unit, with lots of sunshine, new deck, and fenced in yard. Close to 66, 50, 29, 28, Fair Lakes, Fair Oaks, and Fairfax Corner!A little bit about me, I am a 27 year old teacher in Fairfax County, enjoy having other people around, but am not looking for a best friend, clean, responsible, and have a 9 month old boxer puppy, but you would not have to worry about ever taking care of her. Our current roommate is moving out the end of July in order to pursue a new career opportunity and were actively looking for someone to replace her! The move in date is somewhat flexible and can begin anytime after mid-first week of August. We are two professionals living in Fairfax, VA looking for a third for our current lease which ends June 2010 (next year). Looking for a resposible, mature person to share our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 3 level townhouse in Fairfax. The house is great and mostly furnished (if you have a living room set, thatd be a bonus!), the neighbors are very friendly and it’s just a nice place to live. The townhouse is centrally located right on Blake lane and just minutes away from dining, shopping, schools, a metro station, bus lines, major highways etc. There is a path to the Vienna metro (orange line) if you wish to take the 10 minute walk or the CUE bus on the corner (its a 4 minute drive). The room available is the master ($750 plus $675 deposit, all utilities are split 3 ways) and comes with a private bathroom that features a great walk-in shower. Of course in addition to that, the public living space is all access and includes a small TV/game room on the entrance level. We have a small fenced in yard and grill out back for the nice weather, a community pool 5 steps from the yard, wireless high speed and fios cable with a box in the bedroom and DVRs in the living room and TV room that we all use. About us: Two professionals in our 20s and 30s who get along great. Were easy going, average on the clean scale though the common areas are always in order. We do have a dog, so you must at least LIKE dogs because she’s going to want you to like her! -- She’s a 3 year old medium-sized mix breed who’s full of love and energy (shes super sweet and beyond friendly though very shy with men). We enjoy being social and are respectful of each other and really looking for the same. We do like to do things together but also enjoy our seperate lives, its a nice balance and it works very well. While we have no problem with occasional visitors staying over, no live in significant others, drama, drugs, smokers or additional pets please. We look forward to hearing from you! I am in desperate need of two people to take over my lease. I am pregnant, my family disowned me, lost my job, and trying to move out of state to live with friends to help me during this tough time. I need to leave by the end of this month. I live at Fairfax Square off of Main street. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. This place is great for college students... literally 5 mins away from GMU, and 5 mins. away from Nova. very close to 123,1,29,50, 15-20 mins away from Vienna Metro. They do accept pets. after utilities, rent comes to about 750 each. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, updated kitchen. Very spread out and not congested like the other apartment complexes. The only thing you have to pay is a 75 dollar application fee, there is no security deposit with approved credit. If you dont have great credit, they will most likely require one-two months security deposit.
