This is a hitch mounted cargo tray / carrier. It is a Carry On Trailer Corp tray with a 500 lb max cargo weight. It measures 5ft+ wide and 22 inches deep in the cargo area. It fits into a 2 inch hitch (which is 95% of all hitches). I paid $200 for the tray itself and then paid $30 for shipping. We bought it a couple of years ago to haul our dirt bike motorcycle (an XR100) around when we had an SUV. Set of 5 OEM Ravine wheels from a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited. I believe these may fit other model Jeeps as well. 4 wheels are very nice; the spare has been curbed by the previous owner but is not unsuable. The tires are the factory Goodyear Wrangler GS-As. Tread depth varies, but they probably have a few thousand more miles in them. No idea if they have any patches since I bought the truck used. Full disclosure: I have a wobble at 55-60 mph when I run these in my TJ which I have been told is a balance-related issue common to the tires and made worse by the fact that TJs are so picky.
