The Townhouse is a 4 bedroom 3 full and one half bath located in a nice community which has a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court outdoors which you will have access to. The townhouse is located near the Leesburg Outlets and there is quick access to route 7. As a renter, you would have access to the main areas of the house and use of the kitchen, living room, dining area, recreation room, etc. The house has a nice little backyard that is fenced in and you are welcome to enjoy the outdoors in it.A little bit about us. We are a twenty-something, married couple. We have a very nice home that we are proud of and we share it with our German Sheppard who is 2.5 years old. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He is house trained and is very well behaved. We are very friendly and enjoy conversation and interaction, but we also value some of our time for ourselves. We do not intend to provide you with entertainment, nor would we expect it of you. We give you your private space, and we expect some for ourselves as well. We keep a clean house and prefer that you can clean up after yourself and help with minor cleaning around the house along side of us (i.e. clean your own bathroom, room, picking up after yourself, etc…).We both enjoy the outdoors, reading, experiencing new things together, aquariums, playing with our dog, traveling, and the list goes on. He races motorcycles, semi-professionally, during the summer months and we go off-roading in the Jeep when it gets colder out. He is also a Project Engineer / IT Specialist and she goes to university and is a part time Nanny. She enjoys gymnastics, running, exercising, reading, and many other things.We are looking to rent out lower level bedroom which would have its’ own full bathroom and you would have the majority of the Recreation room to yourself. The Recreation room is basically another living room on the lower level and is pretty large. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He is house trained and is very well behaved. We give you your private space, and we expect some for ourselves as well. The townhouse is located near the Leesburg Outlets and there is quick access to route 7. As a renter, you would have access to the main areas of the house and use of the kitchen, living room, dining area, recreation room, etc. The house has a nice little backyard that is fenced in and you are welcome to enjoy the outdoors in it. A little bit about us. We are a twenty-something, engaged couple. We have a very nice home that we are proud of and we share it with our German Sheppard who is 2.5 years old. He is very friendly and loves meeting new people. He is house trained and is very well behaved. We are very friendly and enjoy conversation and interaction, but we also value some of our time for ourselves. We do not intend to provide you with entertainment, nor would we expect it of you. We give you your private space, and we expect some for ourselves as well. We keep a clean house and prefer that you can clean up after yourself and help with minor cleaning around the house along side of us (i.e. clean your own bathroom, room, picking up after yourself, etc…). We both enjoy the outdoors, reading, experiencing new things together, aquariums, playing with our dog, traveling, and the list goes on. She enjoys gymnastics, running, exercising, reading, and many other things.We are looking to rent out either lower level bedroom which would have its’ own full bathroom and you would have the majority of the Recreation room to yourself. The Recreation room is basically another living room on the lower level and is pretty large. We are also considering renting out the bedroom(s) upstairs. There is a full bath that would be accessible to these bedroom(s) and would pretty much be your bathroom if you decided to take the bedroom(s) upstairs.
