We are searching for an in-home summer French tutor/ teacher for our 4-year-old twin daughters. Our regular tutor is away for the summer and we want to continue our weekly French instruction. This is perfect for a college student home for the summer, exchange student, or teacher! We prefer a native speaker from France, however we will consider someone else who has mastered the language. Our tutor would be asked to work with the girls at a preschool/early elementary level in spoken language only (no reading or writing at this time). This will be largely comprised of vocabulary, phrases, and songs. Our French tutor should be able to demonstrate that she has worked with young children and is able to teach in a fun, interesting way for this age. We are looking for a 1-hour lesson each week in our Centreville, VA, home on either Tuesday or Thursday morning. We need someone ASAP.We will pay a flat weekly rate to include the lesson, tutor’s travel, and tutor’s preparation time. The rate is negotiable depending on experience. Being in the business I happend to have, often enough, some remnant drywall in my truck some tape and mud left over from some other projects. Cost to me is pretty minimal and unless your terrible, I mean really bad at drywall, it shouldnt take more than an hour to finish this job. So dont bust this job up for those who will take it on.Besides, even if I were to buy all new materials I could get a sheet of drywall for $6.00 a small tape roll for 1.60 and some mud for 4.00. Really, You claim to be a professional and dont have this stuff in your van or truck? gimme a break. and gas, no one is asking you to drive across the county, some of us probably live in the area. Its completely reasonable. I could do at least five of these in one day and Ill even let you do the math. but let me know if you need help.
