Alexandria apartment community is seeking a full time Assistant Community/Leasing Manager. Duty Schedule Monday through Friday, rotating Saturdays. Qualifications:•Excellent customer service skills are needed as our residents are number one.•Ability to effectively communicate whether telephonically, verbally or written.•Work closely with Community Manager, posting of rents received, initiating late payment notifications, processing move-in and move-out documents, and apartment turns, etc. Knowledge of One-Site Property Management Software a plus.•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office 2007 applications.•College Degree a plus.•2-yr Property Management, Leasing or Sales background is preferred.Please submit salary requirement with resume. |
