We are looking for one more roommate to share a town house with. There are three tenants currently residing here - 1 female, and 2 males. We are in our mid 20s, all respectful, clean, professionals. We are looking to find someone to move in starting Aug 1. Minimum lease - 6 months, but 1 year is preferred. The house is right next to Springfield mall for shopping, and is right next to Manchester Lakes for groceries. The Fairfax Connector bus routes 232/233 runs by the neighborhood, and the house is a mile away from the metro (the 232/233 bus routes will take ~5 minutes to get to the metro). A little bit about the house: its a 3 level townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 3 showers. Its furnished with an electric stove, washer, dryer, central heating/ac, has a big back yard, and the kitchen is furnished w/ appliances (toaster, microwave, etc).Common questions:1. Are utilities included: No, but they average $70 a month and include electricity, water, internet (wireless), and TV!2. How does parking work: There are two spots up front, and parking on the sides. We do a weekly rotation3. I am a 22yo who is looking for housing. I work full time and am going to school. Which is why I am looking for something relatively inexpensive. I work early in the morning till about 2 in the afternoon so I wont be too much of a bother. I will be going to school at night so you will probably hardly ever see me. I just need a place to be able to sleep eat and shower. Most of my time will be spent outside of the house. I will not have any over night guests and am not a partier. I like to have an occasional beer here and there with dinner but not into heavy drinking nor is it a daily occurrance. I am a pet lover however I am allergic to cats. If you have a Dog that amazing because I love them to death. Just looking for something simple and not too extravagant. I dont mind sharing a bathroom nor does the gender of the roommates make a difference. Girls are cleaner and just easier to live with but it does not really matter. I work in Springfield near the mall and go to school in Fairfax so would like to find something near the both of them. This house is a small, old home on 1/2 acre with 2 redneck males, 1 non-redneck female, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. We have an extra room available. One room is the cheap room for $525.00 and the double room is available for $575.00 per month. You gotta pick one room or the other. Both are not available at the same time, although I will consider it for the right price. I will consider couples. And if you have kids, weekend visits would be ok. We dont care about smokers or how ugly your girlfriend / boyfriend is, but ya gotta take em outside. Just pay the rent on time and you can live happy, happy, happy. We have a large fenced back yard (about 1/2 acre) for those of you that might want to bring your stinkin ass dog. Theres also a couple of grills (gas and charcoal) and a wood smoker for your BBQ enjoyment while you toss some horse-shoes and some beers while lounging on the hammock that is strung between two fruit trees. We can also turn on the sprinkler for you water-sports enthusiasts. We have us a wood-burning fireplace insert that can heat the whole dang house if we wanted to, but lately we havent tried because its been too darn hot anyway so we were busy with the grills and smokers and just carrying on outside.High speed internet / Cable TV . Close to billiard beer joints, and an old folks home if this house gets to be too much for ya.. I do charge extra for utilities, split 4 ways, and if you order lots of pay-per-view from the cable TV to watch grown men beat the crap out of each other there will be a penalty and you will lose your hammock rights for an hour, not to mention the extra cost and agony of watching that fine sport. Parking is limited, but available, if you have a 4X4 with fat tires.
