I have a large room available in a 2400 square foot end unit townhouse that has all new carpet, paint, and windows to share! The room is downstairs so its very private. It does have a separate entrance, but its not even necessary bc its secluded. Private bath. Very close to Rt 66/29/28 with plenty of places to eat, hang out, etc. I also have the kitchen fully equipped so theres no need to bring anything! Theres a desk and small sofa in there and I can also include a twin mattress if necessary.All utilities: high speed cable, directTV, water, electric...etc to be split between 3... The rest of the house is shared space! There are 2 assigned parking spots with plenty of additional visitor and street parking. So everything is clean and nice.About me: During the week I usually stay in (go to the gym come home cook and relax) but like to go out on the weekends. I am pretty social and would love to have someone move in that would hang out once in awhile. But dont want anyone to feel obligated to. I commute to DC (via metro) and work for the government. I leave fairly early in the morning and get home around 5pm. You must like dogs because I have a small (12-15lbs) dog named Bailey. He is super friendly and house trained.
