The bedroom being rented out is located upstairs on the 3rd level. You will have full access to the kitchen, laundry room which is in the basement (so you dont have to worry about hearing a washer and dryer late at night), living room, deck and backyard and also the basement which is for now primarily a storage until we can figure out what to do with it. You will have basic cable hooked up in the room. And last you will also have your own full bathroom to do as you please.A LITTLE ABOUT US....... We are fairly young 22 and 25. Sonya is 22 and myself Jonell is 25 we are about as easy going as it can get just as long as you dont take advantage. We dont mind company as long as you can control your guest. We dont mind overnight visitors as long as they DONT BECOME ROOMMATES. (meaning them doing their laundry, bringing suitcases packed with their clothes and toys, going grocery shopping for them, ect......you get the point). Our last roommate can tell you we pretty much didnt care what he did just as long as he didnt damage the house or drastically effect us. We are pretty open people so if there is ever a problem we rather you bring it to us so it can be solved.HOUSE RULES...... We keep it pretty simple and we only ask for TWO THINGS.......we are not smokers so if you are a smoker we only ask that you smoke either in the garage....since its summer you can smoke out back on the deck, or in the front just as long as its not in the house. And you dont have to clean behind us where grown lol....but we please ask that you just clean behind yourself. (if you cook something dont leave the dirty pots on the stove put them in the sink or the dish washer) No we arent neat freaks but, we dont have bugs and we would like to keep it that way.AS FOR PRICES......... The room itself is $650 and that INCLUDES UTILITIES (electric, gas, water, heat, and cable) Deposit is $600 which is required. The deposit is the same for both rooms.(there must be some type deposit no exceptions). Now that room isnt too big made for one person and maybe one person and a young child. a bf or gf if you have one but I can tell you that would be pushing it. We also maybe renting out the master bedroom. With the master bedroom there is a private bathroom inside and a huge closet with 2 doors. If youd like to consider that room it will be 800. That room you can have a spouse or whomever stay with you cause the room is much bigger. The reason for the prices on the rooms is we have had 3 roommates. And we always notice the expenses shoot up....its a little hard to keep up with the difference in payment every month so we just factor in a flat rate.. We also give full access to the house. People say that in there ads but as our prior roommates saw they werent really renting out just a room they felt like they were renting out a townhouse with roommates. Hell our last roommates had parties and a few get togethers. But whether you may believe it or not...there is definitely a jump in utilities no matter how we tried to cut it so your rent will include everything and just so you know....your portion of the utilities barely covers 1/3 and we have the bills to show you.
