I and another are trying to fill two rooms in a four-bedroom house, but its getting down to the wire, so we might need to push back the lease-signing date to August and fill the rooms temporarily. Well have one bedroom on the main floor open for the entire month of July and through August 15th (and its actually available now). Its $615 not including utilities, but those should only be about $40. The main floor room shares its bathroom with two other rooms in the house.Couples are okay. No destructive pets, your dog (if you have one) has to be chill. If you can sleep on the futon couch in the living room, we can be flexible by a few days. Theres no cable TV here, but plenty of music, food and friendship. Wed really appreciate it if you could drop by the house first, but well meet via Skype/webcam or telephone if necessary. If you need to use the Metro every day, its a very pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the house, through a lovely neighborhood, to the Takoma Park Red Line station. What landlord does that?) and there are no difficulties in transferring leases.Honestly, this place is a great rent at only $600 to live in NW DC, especially where it is.
