The house is a nice, spacious, two level house. The bottom level is unoccupied and the room in the basement is open for move-in. There are windows in the basement so sunlight does come through. You will also have your own bathroom, and the whole basement could be rented out if you needed the extra space, but just the room itself is $550 which includes utilities. The basement also has its own entrance, separate from the house. The room also comes furnished with 2 book cases, a full size bed frame, ceramic tile floor, although if you would like these items removed from the room for your own furniture then that can be done. The place has wireless cable internet set up in the house. There is no cable TV but that's why utilities are cheaper. There are also no problems with parking. The place is available for move-in now.
