I am a 31 year old male who works as a goverment contractor. I make a decent salary (~80,000) so you will not have to worry about missed payments and I am quiet so you will not be disturbed. Also, for added security, I will immediately pay the first three months of rent. I am looking for a place that offers a great deal of privacy. The apartment must have a separate entrance and private bathroom. I am not interested in using any common areas of the house, so I will need to be able to bring a mini-fridge and microwave into the room. My husband and I are looking for a new place to call home. We currently live in a wonderful townhome in Aldie, VA. However, our current landlord is short selling the home before our lease is over. We were in a rent to own program with him. We still have a year left on our lease but with the economy he is having to sell the home. Let me start by explaining what we are looking for in a home. We would like a townhome with at least 3 bedrooms and basement or 4 bedrooms with no basement. I would like to have 2 bathrooms if possible. Pets need to be allowed as we have a medium size dog under 40 pounds and 1 cat. We are looking to pay no more than $1650 a month in rent.Our special situation. Unfortunetly my husband and I made mistakes when we were younger and our credit suffered. We have been slowly fixing and rebuilding our credit, thus the reason we did a rent to own instead out right buy a home. Our credit scores are in the lower 500s. We are looking for someone to look past our credit score and help us go into a home before the home sells. Our current landlord never ran a credit check because we were upfront with him and have been excellent tenants. We can have one months rent as deposit and have a co-signer should that be required for extra security. The sea is literally 20 feet from our balcony. You can see the views from the front balcony and we dine outside on the side balcony. This charming turn of century building has its own garden, with palm, banana and lemon trees. We will also supply a memo with all of the best sites to visit and restaurants to try if you are not familiar with this part of the world.
